Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gaffreyartmaterial.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost or stolen packages

Gaffrey Art Material is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after transit. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim. If you need further support, contact info@gaffreyartmaterial.com WITH YOUR CLAIM NUMBER so we can assist you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. If your paints have been opened or the seal is broken. You may not return this item. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Wrong Shipping Address 

If you have made an error in entering your shipping address, we will need to cancel your order before it ships. Call us immediately at 850-267-0913 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST. DO NOT EMAIL. You run the risk of not being responded to in an appropriate time frame to have your address changed. Once your order is canceled, you will need to create a new order with the proper address. We do our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible leaving a small window of time to correct it. Therefore canceling the order and creating a new one is the simplest solution.

If you need to change your address after the package has shipped, please contact your carrier to reroute the package to its proper destination with the tracking information provided with your order. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. We can only ship to the address provided to us. Please carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order to ensure it arrives at the proper destination. As a small business, we are not liable to replace or refund your order as they are made in limited supply. Packages returned to our facility can not be restocked or be available for resale.
